How much is the application fee?
Our application fee is $79.00
How long does application screening take?
Assuming that you submitted a complete application, the entire process takes a maximum of 3 business days
What do I need to apply?
You will need the following to apply
- Government issued photo ID
- Paystubs or two years of tax returns if you are self-employed
- A complete application and application fee paid
I did not get approved for the property I applied for can I get my money back?
No, Application fees are not refundable

Yes! Some of our properties do allow pets. Please check out our pet policy

Do I need to fill out a pet application?
Yes. You need to submit an application as well for any animal that will live in the property with you. The cost for pet screening is $20.00 per application. Service animals are screened free of charge.
